GEOINT Motion Analyst

Bridgeway Dynamics is seeking a Junior GEOINT Motion Analyst to support a mission-critical federal intelligence program. This position plays a vital role in providing real-time Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation and geospatial intelligence analysis in support of national security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct real-time Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Analyze Motion GEOINT using multiple intelligence sources to identify and assess targets.
• Exploit imagery collected from:
  • Full Motion Video (FMV)
  • Infrared (IR)
  • Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR)
  • LiDAR
  • Multi-Spectral and Hyper-Spectral imagery
• Produce intelligence products including:
  • Storyboards
  • Vehicle Follows
  • 360° Graphics
  • Mission Reports
  • Daily Intelligence Briefings
• Conduct imagery research using historical and current imagery databases.
• Archive and disseminate intelligence products according to customer requirements.
• Maintain situational awareness during high-tempo operations while communicating intelligence findings in real time.
• Accurately document exploitation comments while maintaining a typing speed of at least 32 WPM with 90% accuracy.

 

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph
• U.S. Citizen
• One of the following:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field OR
  • Minimum of 3 years of intelligence analysis experience
• Completion of a formal military intelligence training program (All-Source, GEOINT, IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, etc.)
• Ability to work rotating Panama shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle
• Ability to distinguish red, green, blue, and yellow colors on a video display
• Successfully complete (or have completed within the last year) the customer FMV training course

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation
• Understanding of TCPED processes
• Experience supporting Transmission & Distribution or National Imagery missions
• Knowledge of National Imagery Product Standards
• Counterterrorism intelligence experience
• Experience preparing intelligence briefings and visual presentations
• Familiarity with imagery sensor capabilities and imagery analysis techniques

 

Work Schedule

• Rotating Panama Shift Schedule
• 24/7 Mission Support
• Nights, weekends, and holidays required

 

Compensation & Benefits

 

Salary: $68,000–$72,000 annually (based on experience, qualifications, and contract

requirements)
